30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We will gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange, provided the return is received within 30 days of the date of delivery.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise based on the form of original payment.

Practice Test Vouchers
All practice test vouchers are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Customized Items
All customized item sales are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. In the event of a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, an exchange order will be created to replace the item. Please email our customer service office at asestore@ase.com for details.

Closeout Items
All closeout sales are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. All sales are final.

Returns and refunds will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charge. However, if the return is due to an error we have made, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs (please contact Customer Service for more details).

Expedited Exchange

If you wish to expedite your exchange, you may request a new order by faxing the returns/exchange form to ASE Customer Service at (703) 669-6122.

We will charge your credit card for the replacement item(s) and shipping costs. A refund for the original amount (less shipping) will be posted to your credit card when the returned item(s) are received by Customer Service.

As exchange orders are treated as a new order for an existing customer, additional shipping charges do apply. These charges will be posted using the original form of payment. Please consult our shipping table for pricing.

Shipping Times

In Stock Items. Orders for stocked items are usually shipped within 72 hours of receipt, via USPS or UPS Ground delivery service. Please allow a week for regular ground shipping. NOTE: UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must use a street address for delivery.

Non Stock Items. Items that are back ordered or that require customization (including rings and plaques) will be shipped within 6 weeks.

International Orders. International shipping charges will apply for non-domestic orders. You will be responsible for any associated customs charges.

Orders may be sent in multiple shipments, according to the item type/size etc.

Your Privacy

ASE is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of our customers and understands that protection of these interests is of the utmost importance. As such, the ASE Store has adopted the privacy policy below with respect to the information that we acquire about customers who utilize our site.

Information Sharing

The ASE Store only acquires information that is specifically provided by the end user through our interactive forms, with the addition of credit card approval information that is supplied to us by our association with Chase PaymentTech who handles the online credit card authorization aspects of this site. The information we retain from the credit card authorization procedure currently only consists of either an error return code instructing us why a credit card authorization was declined, or the approval code for a processed order. For certain transactions, the ASE Store keeps additional information offered by Chase PaymentTech, which consists of various scores that help determine whether a credit card transaction may or may not be fraudulent. Again, at present we do not retain this information on all card transactions.

Cookies

This site does utilize 'cookies' on a temporal basis, which is a method by which the ASE Store's servers can recognize your computer's ongoing requests to our system. We do not store these cookies after your session with our system ends, even though these cookies may be retained on your computer. For our system, cookies are necessary so that we can, for example, keep shopping cart information on a particular user as he or she navigates from page to page in our site adding items or deleting items. Again, however, we do not store this cookie information in our database. Cookies would allow us to see how the general public navigates our site, but presently we do not store, aggregate or review this information and if this changes, we will update this policy.

Order Detail Retention

The ASE Store gives access to the personal information you supply at this site with respect to your order only to those persons who require the use of this information to process your order. However, we will provide this information if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer or if it is necessary to properly process transactions and provide our services.

Privacy Assurance

The ASE Store does not sell the contact information that we receive from you to any third parties. We utilize this information in the precise manner that we utilize the same information that is provided to us by retail purchasers of our goods through non-internet contact, i.e. when they issue a purchase order to us.
